About youte+ transcriber

Youte+ provides the functionality to transcribe YouTube videos, using OpenAI's automatic speech recognition system called Whisper.

How to use Youte+ transcriber

You can get transcriptions for YouTube videos either by providing the video IDs or URLs in the Hydrate page, or by doing a search. To get a transcription, you will need a Youte+ account. If you do not have an account, sign up here.

The computational resources required to run Whisper are very high. Therefore, for now each Youte+ account is limited to 10 transcriptions a day. Please understand that with our current infrastructure the transcription might take a while, especially for longer videos.
